Sky Travel, through meeting with the clients, gaining an understanding of their needs, creating personas, user journeys and wireframes. I worked on site extension of the following sections: Cruise, Book Travel, and Destination Guides.

Mazda, I have created the user experience for several micro sites including the new Mazda2 , and the new Mazda3.
I have also been working on several internal sites for Mazda such as the Campaign Tracker Tool which I created from scratch. I have also worked extensively on creating the new user experience for the new Dealer sites which are due to be rolled out across all European markets within the next few months. I have also become lead IA on the redesign of the current Mazda Motors Europe Forms site which I am currently user testing.

De Beers, I have assisted on several campaign and microsites for Forevermark, spanning multiple Asian markets. I have been involved in site extensions, creating personas, user journeys, site maps and wireframes for business to business, and business to consumer sites.
Recently I have created the user experience of The Forevermark Setting site.

I created the user experience (site maps, wireframes, and working closely with designers) for several microsites for Orange including: Orange Business Services, Orange Decision Makers Forum, Orange Fleet Link, and Orange Specialist Partner.

HSBC The Worlds Private Bank, I worked on solving user experience issues surrounding the landing page and home page and client concerns over accessibility.

Essent Trading I redesigned the user experience of the home page which has since then been reworked again.

I am interested in:
- efficient usability testing at a time when it is often sidelined due to budget issues
- non-linear models as a solution to unnecessarily complicated routes
- the challenges surrounding the emergence of the Web on the mobile device.
